They then compete in a variety of matches throughout the day with coaches from the Edgbaston Foundation umpiring matches, as well as leading practise sessions during the morning.
These events live long in the memory of those involved, years after the dust has settled on the planning documents and meeting agendas. As people and as a firm we can only be judged on our legacy and having been involved in two years of this event I can honestly say that I see it make a difference, opening horizons and possibilities.
The children had the opportunity to play cricket in a world famous stadium and it gave our staff the opportunity to volunteer and assist with the running of an event experiencing something that has a real and lasting impact.
